Akesh Character Examples
Here are some character examples made by our 2023 Competition Winners

Name: Tiyam
Family: Hollow One
Example Skillset: Lesser Corporeal; Greater Corporeal; Ritual Magic
Background:
Tiyam discovered their affinity for Corporeal magics only in their more recent years, and quickly was sculpted to the path of the Hollow Ones by their sister, Andia. Tiyam has spent these years learning and refining their wielding of magics to heal and save their fellow Kesh.
Tiyam had heard stories from their sister and from other peoples traveling through the lands of the wonder and spectacle, the learning and the strangeness of the eastern world. And once Tiyam had decided they were ready, began traveling to discover this ‘warhost’ and what it truly means to be alive.
Tiyam has felt the strangeness of time, that which for some reason in sporadic moments Tiyam has heard echoes of things that should not of happened, that have happened, that will happen. Tiyam had met an individual not long after arriving in the docks of Odessa in Teutonia that reality was…broken? No…split? Tiyam needed answers, and to find those answers they needed to find this ‘warhost’.
‘This Eastern world is strange to me, so many people that are utterly unlike anyone I have met or spoken to. Northern soldiers clad in thick fur, wielding heavy steel weapons and talking of a tree, gods and an inevitable war. Southern Nomads who seem to have complete disregard for the mixing of Corporeal magics, and whilst that thought makes me terrified and sick to my stomach, it shows just how different the continents are in their approach. I have met loud and brash warriors clad in strange box-colored fabrics that talk as harsh as they drink. I have met strong and stoic soldiers bearing a snakes head for a symbol speaking of unity. All these people I have met so far have been so very strange, so very different, but so very interesting. I have yet to meet a single other Kesh since I have arrived on this continent, and whilst it has been fascinating to meet such strange and wonderful people. I miss my home, and I cannot wait to find the others, I’ve heard they’re not too far away now. Time to find my people and to devote my Hollow Path to them, I will heal them, I will tend them, I will become a guiding light.’
